He writes articles, books and columns for magazines and also produces case studies, designs films and learning materials for a variety of clients.

Ruth Regan

Managing Director

Ruth started her career in the Civil Service where she was, after a couple of years on the front line within the Benefit Service promoted to work on the development of competency based qualifications, enterprise provision and business support initiatives.

This led to her having the opportunity to influence the design and delivery model for Investors in People, being involved with the first organisation to gain the Standard and the establishment of the first IIP assessment and accreditation centre Assessment East Midlands, (now Assessment Services Ltd).
