They may have participated with their Mentoring Assessor in an assessment as well. Although this will not reduce the requirements of the engagement and recruitment process as such, it will clearly enable them to move more effectively through it to become registered. [/ct_accordion] [ct_accordion title=”Are you able to provide any indication about the level of work that might be available?” icon=”question-circle” state=”closed” style=”normal” group=”group1″ animation=”slideup”]As in any supplier based relationship there is no guarantee of work. However we are aiming to have a total of approximately 45 matrix Assessors to work with over 2000 organisations who currently are accredited. The average assessment would involve a scope of 2.75 days (1.75 on site) every three years for each organisation and the annual continuous improvement checks. (0.25 days per year). We are hoping to increase the number of organisations we work with. Once you are an Assessor with Assessment Services there is the potential opportunity to train in other Standards that we work with including CSE and Merlin.[/ct_accordion] [ct_accordion title=”What are the contractual terms like?” icon=”question-circle” state=”closed” style=”normal” group=”group1″ animation=”slideup”]We are happy to share a copy of the engagement contract with you. We will provide one as part of the interview process anyway so that you can raise any questions you might have at that stage. Contracts are renewed on a yearly basis.[/ct_accordion] [/ct_section]
